CONTENT AND PRIVACY:
- The following cUreate Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the cUreate’s website at https://cureate.company.site/ (“cUreate”) to all related services provided by us.
- cUreate reserves the right to reject transactions with potential rude, joy reservers, and bogus buyers.
- All designs are created by cUreate and thereby exercises its publicity rights; Any form of plagiarism is subject to appropriate sanction.
- All collected information by cUreate from its buyers is subject to Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
SHIPPING AND COURIERS:
- In light of the pandemic, all transactions must be done online to ensure the safety of both the buyer and the cUreate team. Strictly no meet-ups or pick-ups.
- cUreate’s third-party couriers are the following:
- DPX (for Metro Manila areas only)
- GoGo Xpress (for Greater Metro Manila areas only)
- J&T (for provincial areas only)
- Same-day deliveries will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Buyer must inform cUreate one (1) calendar day prior to booking.
- Buyer will book his/her preferred courier.
- Payment-first policy will apply. Full pick-up details will be given to buyer once payment has been confirmed.
- Paid orders will be shipped out within two (2) working days to give cUreate ample preparation time.
- Alterations in the shipping details will not be entertained once the payment has been settled.
- The courier is liable for the mishandling, loss of, or damage to any item.
- A standard sequence of protective and secure packaging will be administered to ensure safe transportation.
PAYMENTS AND ORDERS:
- All orders and transactions must be placed through cUreate’s official website.
- Payment-first policy will be applied to all transactions.
- cUreate will accept the following modes of payment:
- GCash. Payments made through GCash must be from a GCash account or from a bank account. Over-the-counter cash-in payments will not be accepted.
- Bank transfers to BDO and Metrobank.
- Buyer is given two (2) days to settle his/her payment. Unpaid orders that exceed the given time will be automatically cancelled.
- Cash on delivery (COD) is not be accepted.
- Payments will have a daily cut-off of until 9 PM. Payments settled after the cut-off will be processed the following day.
- Buyer may only cancel an order prior to payment. Cancellation of paid orders is not allowed.
- Upon receipt, buyer must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video with the following sequence:
- Shipping label/sticker
- Opening of plastic pouch
- Opening of cUreate packaging
- Pointing out of flaws/issues
- All payment data is transmitted encrypted via a secure TLS connection. All personal information collected in cUreate’s website will be protected and kept confidential.
- A “change of mind” reason will not be accepted.
- Replacements and exchanges are not accepted.
- The courier is liable for the mishandling, loss of, or damage to any item.
- For approved return and refund applications, the buyer may choose between two (2) options:
- Buyer must return the item/s and get a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping fee).
- Buyer can keep the item/s and twenty percent (20%) of the item price will be refunded.
- Conditions of returning item:
- Must be complete, including any accessories that come with the item.
- Unworn/unused
- Must be in its original packaging
- cUreate is liable to be charged for the return shipping fee, provided that such conditions are within cUreate’s T&C.
- Disbursement of refund will be deposited in the buyer’s chosen bank account within seven (7) working days after cUreate has received the item/s.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
- Return and refund applications must be raised within three (3) days upon receipt of order.
- Buyer may only apply for a return/refund of the item/s in the following conditions:
- Defective item/s from cUreate’s end
- Wrong specification item/s (incorrect size, quantity, color, etc.)
